- Soak 6 to 8 hrs in 4 part water (warm water) to 1 part seed. small seed 3 to 4 hrs, rinse and drain,spread evenly in sprouter, sprouts must be rinsed 2 to 3 times a day keep out of light until 3 or 4 days.
- Warm room increases growth.
- Fuzz is natural capillary roots. Rinse the hulls away by immersing in large bowl, separate clumps, let hulls float to surface and skim off. this process helps revent fermentation.
