Alexandre Family farm Regenerative Organic A2/A2 2% Reduced Fat Milk is homogenized and ultra high temp pasteurized. Our 2% bottled milk is vat pasteurized and non-homogenized. Both reduced fat milks are 100% A2/A2, certified regenerative, humane and organic and come from the same pasture-based cows that enjoy life on our northern california grass pasture. Because whole milk contains some vitamin A palmitate however, vitamin A levels in 2% milk are much lower because the vitamin A palmitate is fat soluble and is removed with the fat when you reduce it. Therefore, the FDA requires that the vitamin A be replaced.
