Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in United State unless otherwise specified. Restrictions may apply to some remote areas.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged according to the state or territory to which the item is shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
naturespick.com is not responsible for any customs, duties, or tax fees incurred during international shipping. Customers are responsible for all fees and should check with their local customs office for more information on their specific policies.

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed before the final checkout page.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Free shipping is offered for orders over $100.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within an hour or two of placing the order. Once order is processed and fulfillment process is started, orders may be subject to a cancellation fees.
