Kraut-chi is a hybrid of kimchi and kraut, using sauerkraut's traditional ingredients and applying traditional kimchi ferment making techniques. Our clean ingredient list is longer than traditional sauerkraut and it creates more exciting and complex flavor, gamchil-mat ( aka umami flavor ). Red beet and apple juice give subtle sweetness and floral note with ginger kicks in at the end. You'll be pleasantly surprised with such a lovely flavor and texture.
