Handy Pantry Sprouting Seeds Bean Salad is a sprout mix includes adzuki, mung, green lentils and radish for a kick. Bean mix, adzuki bean, lentil, mung bean,& radish seeds. Soak 6 to 8 hrs in 4 part water warm to 1 part seed. Rinse and drain. Spread in sprouter, rinse and drain 3 times per day, keep from light until 3 rd or 4th day. Warm temp. Increases growth.

• White fuzz may appear but these are natural capillary roots, rinse hulls away by immersing in bowl of cool water separate clumps.
• Let hulls float to surface and skim off, rifrigerate after sprouting, best used within 2 to 3 days.
